OBO Lab can move between very different fields because every experiment follows the same discipline:
- a concrete outcome;
- a bounded timeframe;
- a safe and proportionate progression;
- an observable result;
- honest notes about what worked, what did not, and for whom;
- a visible connection to the OBO Method.
THE LAB STANDARD
Interesting is not enough.
- What will a person be able to do, notice, or decide?
- What is the smallest useful version of the experiment?
- What preparation, safety guidance, or qualified review is needed?
- What evidence will show whether it helped?
- What would make us stop, change, or archive it?
HOW WE WORK
Field notes before certainty.
Some experiments will become enduring parts of OBO. Others will remain useful curiosities. A few will fail.
The point of a lab is not to pretend that every idea is a breakthrough. It is to make learning visible, testable, and worth sharing.
